Cloud Connect services in Phoenix have been updated to version 12.1 and are back online. Cloud Connect services in Chicago are being updated presently, and we anticipate completion within the next hour.

Starting Monday, March 25, at 1 PM CDT (6 PM UTC), we're upgrading our Cloud Connect services in Chicago and Phoenix to version 12.1. The upgrade is expected to take up to 4 hours, during which Cloud Connect will be unavailable. Any active jobs at the start of the maintenance will fail but should, in most cases, automatically resume once the upgrade is complete.

We'll provide further updates as necessary.
