Investigating - We are currently investigating a service degradation impacting traffic between PHX and AMS, and PHX and ORD. One of our third-party ISPs is experiencing an issue affecting backbone connectivity, which is resulting in degraded performance along these paths.
Engineering is actively working with the provider to assess the scope of the issue and restore normal performance.
Impact: Customers may experience increased latency or reduced performance on traffic traversing these routes.
