Scheduled - We are conducting emergency maintenance on our Chicago Cloud Connect instance today, April 8, 2024, starting at 3:00 PM CDT (8:00 PM UTC). This is essential to enhance the stability of the Cloud Connect platform.

Impact: You may experience temporary disconnects or errors with active jobs during this period.

Duration: The maintenance is expected to last approximately 1 hour. Full service will resume immediately afterward.

Scheduled - Our upstream provider will be performing fiber maintenance on IP Transit and Backbone services in the area. No impact is expected to any service during this period as redundancy will gracefully re-route traffic as needed.

Investigating - Dear HorizonIQ Customer,

We are experiencing intermittent network connectivity issues affecting our Seacaucus, New Jersey datacenter at this time. Our upstream provider is aware and have been engaged with our network engineering team. We are working diligently to stabilize connectivity to services in this location and we will continue to provide further updates as progress is made.

Event: During this maintenance data center technicians will be performing programing of management interfaces dual APC Power units, side A and B, in rack 15-17 that contains SAN storage.
