HorizonIQ will be performing emergency maintenance in the AMS-1 data center to replace a network aggregation switch that is exhibiting hardware faults.

Expected Impact:
Due to existing network redundancies, no extended service interruption is expected. However, some customers may experience brief periods of packet loss during the replacement process.

Updates will be posted throughout the maintenance window here on our status page.
