Identified
We've identified the issue as an outage on our upstream provider's network. We're working with them to gather more detail. This outage has caused issues with DNS resolution from Chicago client servers, however a workaround is now in place that should restore DNS functionality. Direct Chicago/Phoenix connectivity remains out of service.

INAP has identified a problem with connectivity between the Chicago and Phoenix data centers. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide further updates as soon as possible.
