We are writing to inform you that our DAL6 facility in Dallas experienced a utility power interruption on May 28, 2024, at 7:53 AM CDT. We are currently operating on generator-backed power, and all backup systems have functioned as expected. There has been no impact on our customers' services.

Please rest assured that all services, including Remote Hands, installations, and work visits, are continuing as usual according to our standard procedures.
