Our telephone vendor has identified the cause and has performed mitigation that has improved the stability of our phone systems. They are continuing to monitor and will provide an update once the mitigation has been confirmed successful.

Investigating
Our telephone vendor is experiencing an outage with their systems that may affect our staff's ability to place and receive phone calls intermittently. We have been reassured by our vendor that they are doing their very best to get this issue resolved as a matter of priority.
