At HorizonIQ, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service. To better serve you, we are transitioning to a new support ticketing application.

As part of this upgrade, we have scheduled a maintenance window on Tuesday, November 19th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time.

During this time:

• Compass Portal Unavailability: Access to our Compass portal (compass.horizoniq.com) will be unavailable from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM ET.
• Email Ticket Submission Transition: Our email ticketing system will undergo a transition starting at 10:00 AM ET, lasting approximately 15 minutes.

Please be aware that during this period, you may experience temporary interruptions when accessing the portal or submitting support tickets via email. If you need support during this maintenance window, please call 1-877-843-7627.
