On Friday, November 22, 2024, from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM SGT, we will be performing scheduled power maintenance at our Singapore data center. During this time, the facility will transition from primary power to backup generators to ensure uninterrupted operation. All systems will remain fully powered, and no service disruptions are expected.

Start Date/Time: November 22, 2024 - 11:00 PM SGT
End Date/Time: November 23, 2024 - 6:00 AM SGT

As part of this upgrade, we have scheduled a maintenance window on Tuesday, November 19th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time.

• Compass Portal Unavailability: Access to our Compass portal (compass.horizoniq.com) will be unavailable from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM ET.
• Email Ticket Submission Transition: Our email ticketing system will undergo a transition starting at 10:00 AM ET, lasting approximately 15 minutes.

Please be aware that during this period, you may experience temporary interruptions when accessing the portal or submitting support tickets via email. If you need support during this maintenance window, please call 1-877-843-7627.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. This upgrade is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your customer experience.
